Simone is the Wine Director at NYCRG, bringing exceptional expertise and a lifelong passion for wine to the team. Originally from Milan, Italy, he spent over 20 years at Bocca di Bacco, where he developed a deep knowledge of Italian and international wines and refined his approach to curating thoughtful, elevated wine programs.

At NYCRG, Simone oversees and curates the group’s wine lists, earning recognition through prestigious Wine Spectator Awards. Known for his refined palate and attention to detail, he is dedicated to creating selections that enhance the guest experience while showcasing both classic and emerging producers. His passion, knowledge, and commitment to excellence make him an integral part of the team.
