 Romeo Taddei is an assistant manager from Verona, Italy, with a lifelong career in hospitality. He began working at 18 along Lake Garda before gaining experience in restaurants and hotels across the UK, Scotland, and Asia.

Since moving to New York City in 2000, Romeo has worked in Italian restaurants throughout the city. He is passionate about meeting people from around the world and creating welcoming, memorable experiences—something that reflects both his global journey and his love for New York.
