Operations Manager

Gino is the Operations Manager at NYCRG, bringing decades of hands-on hospitality experience and a deep-rooted passion for the industry. Originally from Naples, Italy, he moved to New York in the early 1990s and began his journey with NYCRG, where he quickly developed a strong foundation in restaurant operations.

He later went on to open his own successful restaurant in Lower Manhattan, which continues to operate today—an accomplishment that reflects his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence. Gino has since returned to NYCRG, where he plays a key role in bringing the owners’ vision to life.

Known for his gentle yet highly structured leadership style, Gino provides clear direction while fostering a supportive environment for his team. His approach ensures smooth operations, strong team cohesion, and an elevated experience for both staff and guests.
